Note: If you’re using the Trial version, please be sure to Register in order to obtain access to all areas of the Support Center.

The support resources to which you have access are determined by your Support License: Either “Basic” or “Enhanced.”

Your purchase of any QueryAdvisor license entitles you to one year of free Enhanced support, after which you will switch to Basic support unless you opt to renew.
