Note: If you’re using the Trial version, please be sure to Register in order to obtain access to all areas of the Support Center.

Here in the Support Center, you will find:

• Support Forum where special insider information is revealed.
• Frequently Asked Questions for answers to the most common inquiries.
• Ticket Submission so you can start up a discussion with our diligent Support Team.

The support resources to which you have access are determined by your Support License: Either “Basic” or “Enhanced.”

Your purchase of any QueryAdvisor license entitles you to one year of free Enhanced support, after which you will switch to Basic support unless you opt to renew.
